Answers

1. Is there a minimum order or maximum order with Cache Metals Online Store?
   There is no minimum order when purchasing from Cache Metals. There is however, a $20,000 limit on online purchase. That does not mean we cannot fulfill these orders, they can be placed online but just need to confirmed over the phone or in person with a Cache Metals' sales representative. Please note that our office is opened Monday-Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM Eastern Standard Time.
    
2. Which metal should I buy; Silver or Gold?
   As with any investment, diversification is always important. A good mixture of gold and silver, in your portfolio will help reduce your risk.                                                                                                                                                                                                      
    
3. How much should I invest into precious metals?
   Cache Metals believes, depending on individual objectives, net worth and risk tolerance that there should always be 10-30% of an individual’s total portfolio value diversified in the precious metals market.
    
4. What are the risks involved with purchasing precious metals?
   Every type of investment contains various elements of risk. Because the value of precious metals can rise or fall quickly, investing in precious metals may not be suitable for everyone. Before investing in precious metals, one should have a firm grasp of the precious metals market, and have ample capital liquidity. Like all investments, before investing in the precious metals markets one should consult with their financial advisor.
    
5. Where is Cache Metals located?
   We are located just north of Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada, in the Yorkville area (Avenue and Davenport).
    
6. Do you add any extra fees to your posted prices?
   No. The prices you see are the prices you pay. The only charges Cache Metals adds are for shipping, insurance, and transaction fees.
    
7. Do you have quantity discounts?
   Yes. Our prices have already been calculated for high volume wholesale orders. However, Cache Metals will extend additional discounts when possible on orders more than $100,000. Please feel free to call us with what you are looking for.
